FABRICANT DOW BETASEAL™ 8000-1F is a medium viscosity, low modulus glass bonding adhesive developed for direct glazing applications. Supplied in a 300ml cartridge, it is a one-component, solvent-free polyurethane adhesive that cures with ambient moisture. The formulation provides excellent UV stability and can be applied primerless on paint for selected paint technologies. It offers very good sag resistance and bead stability, supporting controlled application and consistent bond lines during glazing operations. Skin formation and curing behaviour are dependent on humidity, temperature, and application dimensions. Unless otherwise specified, product testing is conducted at 23°C and 50% relative humidity.
